Katarj unique jewellery aims to provide you with a secure site and your privacy is important to us.

The site’s account membership form requires you to submit your personal information. This information allows Katarj unique jewellery to ship your order to you and keeps you informed of any changes to our site and inform you of new products via email if you choose. Returns Policy

If you change your mind (and we know it happens!) we will happily exchange your purchase, on condition that: -

• It is within 14 days of receipt.
  
• Goods are in original condition. 
  

Katarj unique jewellery is of course happy to exchange, repair or refund any faulty items purchased.

If you are returning an item because you chose incorrectly you will only be refunded for the price of the items that were sold to you.

If you are returning an item because of error made by Katarj unique jewellery, or because it is faulty, we will refund your costs for returning it to us. If you are returning items for any reason other than as a result of errors on our part, you will be responsible for the return costs.

Please take notice of all measurements we provide for the jewellery and contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing before purchasing. You can advise us at the time of your purchase in the ‘additional instructions’ area of our checkout if you need something to be a certain length (this may incur additional charges if extra beads are used).

If you return your order to us because it is the incorrect size there will be a remaking fee of $5-$15 (depending on time involved or if extra beads are used). You are also responsible for all return postage costs so please let us know at the time of your purchase if there is an alteration.
